Mr. Playing Card manufactures custom playing cards in Orlando, Florida, at a 30,000 sq ft facility owned by Lawton Connect, a fifth-generation American printer founded in 1900. Decks are printed, cut, and packed domestically — no offshore freight, customs, or duties — for brands including Nike, Google, and Samsung.
What is the minimum order for custom playing cards?
The minimum order is 15 decks. That covers prototypes, wedding favors, and executive gifts without the 500-deck minimums most offshore printers require. The same press runs a 15-deck prototype and a 10,000-deck production run, so quality is identical at either quantity.
How much do custom playing cards cost?
Custom playing cards cost $19.99 per deck at the 15-deck minimum, $7.69 per deck at 100 decks, $2.79 per deck at 1,000 decks, and $1.79 per deck at 5,000 decks on 300 GSM black-core stock with a printed tuck box. Runs above 5,000 decks are quoted individually.
How long does it take to print custom playing cards?
Standard production is two weeks from proof approval for orders up to 5,000 decks, plus 1–5 business days of US ground shipping. Before production, file review takes 24–48 hours and a digital proof is sent for sign-off. Rush production is available case by case.
